Shipping Policy

Orders of ready-made items (e.g. sample wedding dresses and accessories) are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Orders requiring a special order will be indicated as such on the product listing page and will require additional production time. Some items, such as made-to-order wedding dresses can take several months to produce. Domestic Shipping (USA)

For orders shipped within the United States we offer shipping through the United States Postal Service as well as FedEx and UPS. Rush options are available for faster delivery.

  • Rush shipping ($100) is available through USPS Priority (1-4 Days), FedEx (3 Days), and UPS (3 Days).

Sample Veils

  • Rush shipping ($14) is available through USPS Priority (1-4 Days)

International Shipping (Non-USa, Non-Canada)

In-store pickup

For local residents we offer pickup at our store in San Diego, California. Please note that we are an “appointment only” store and you must have a scheduled time arranged before picking up your purchase. To schedule a pickup time, please call the store (619-501-1700).

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am - 5:30pm on Tuesday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive at your scheduled pickup time and a form of photo ID that matches the name on your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thewhiteflower.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. All shipments must be received at an address with a recipient signature required.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thewhiteflower.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
