Our Returns Policy

All sales are final. Sold items cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no returns or exchanges on our items.

Lost Or Damaged Items

In the event that your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 21 days from the original order date at info@thewhiteflower.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if the item did not match the original listing condition and/or was damaged. Then, send the item back to us in the original packaging (so long as it is suitable for shipping) within 7 days of receiving the item with the label provided by The White Flower. We will issue process the refund within 10-14 business days after receiving the item and verifying that it did not match the original listing condition and/or was damaged. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Sample Wedding Dresses and Accessories

All sample dresses and accessories will be clearly marked and their current condition will be indicated on the item’s listing page. If you have any questions regarding the condition of a sample wedding dress or accessory, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
